How to find time for creativity when you're busy?

To find time for creativity when you're busy, it's essential to intentionally create space for it, even if it means stepping away from your usual routine. The author, Crista Cloutier, shares her experience of being overwhelmed by a large project and struggling to find headspace for her own creative work. She almost set it aside until a suggestion to take a week away and create dedicated space led to a transformative experience. By taking a week in the English countryside, she was able to write non-stop, hike, enjoy nature, and return feeling inspired and ready to integrate creativity back into her daily schedule. This approach demonstrates that sometimes, a deliberate break and change of environment are the most effective ways to reignite and make time for your creative spirit, even when you feel you have 'no time for creativity'.
