its just me but i don’t think you need to say places or locations ( same thing) Also not keen on the viewer in..inviting . ( in a way that invites viewers to stay and take a closer)
OR
I use ink and watercolours to depict historical sites. They’re an open invitation for viewers take a closer look and hopefully find themselves there in the moment.
