How did my landlady become an angel?

My landlady became an angel to me by offering a beautiful London flat during an epic housing crisis, a home I'd fallen in love with, and later, by revealing she was the model for an 'angel' painting. This fortunate turn of events began three years earlier when I moved to England, feeling lonely in a small country town. It was on Facebook that I first met her, a fellow American expat living in London, sharing creative work. We shared a mutual friend, and after admiring each other's work, we decided to meet in person, forming an instant friendship. When she invited me to her London flat, my admiration was cemented, and I fell in love with the space. The opportunity arose when she messaged me, saying her job was taking her to New York and she wanted someone to look after her beloved home, offering a great deal. It was shortly after moving into this 'Most Beautiful Flat in the World' that I visited Arizona and spoke to our mutual friend. He revealed that the beautiful angel in a painting he'd given me years ago was, in fact, her. It seems she’d been my angel all along. We’ve lived in this flat for three years now, and not a morning goes by that I don’t say 'Thank you.' It’s magical, and that’s what happens when your landlady is an angel.
