Post Your Instagram Link (or other social focus)
Posted by TaLisa. on November 15, 2017 at 7:49 pmI’ve followed some of you from checking out your website and/or searching online. Since at this point it was suggested to go deep on one social media platform, I’d like to follow you there! Plus I want to make it easier to find for the group.
My focus is INSTAGRAM: Please follow me @TaLisaLopezGarcia
*note: my return follows are from my Studio account 🙂

Great TaLisa, I look forward to following your progress on Instagram which is currently also my favourite platform.

Hi everyone,
Currently my social media focus is Instagram @helenfraserartist. I also have a Facebook Business Page ‘Helen Fraser Artist‘ though I haven’t quite known how to use it. With Crista’s help, I am planning to post more often and in more depth, now I think I have a clearer focus on how to use it by sharing more writing. I love to write and sometimes do hefty Instagram posts and worry they are too long. It sounds like writing more on Facebook could help my cause, not hinder it as I had feared.
For a while now I have been toying with the idea of doing video’s but I am yet to jump with this, other than short instructional embroidery videos on Instagram. I have bought I microphone but am yet to use it, so that suggests I am pretty scared about this step forward. Baby steps!! Having listened to Crista’s ideas re social media, I can see the benefits with using UTube and that it could be a lot of fun.

thanks Helen! i’ll see you on Instagram. i also have to do more with video (baby steps).
maybe some of your writing (quotes) could be made into an image tile to post/share on Instagram. it would get your writing out there and help you fill your posting schedule on Instagram. i’m not a big writer, but you can see what i’m talking about with the black on white text posts on my Instgram. oh, i actually do hand write a lot, a big note taker of my thoughts 🙂

Hi Everyone,
I’m most active on Instagram: @jeremymatickart. I find my postings to be erratic and inconsistent at times. It stems from not completely feeling like I have a clear focus in subject matter and style in my work. I love to paint abstract work, but also find that representative artwork fulfills another aspect of my interests, especially with faith-based work. I hope to come away with more clarity around how to direct my art practice and business and a focused effort on how to make it more profitable. I welcome comments and suggestions from this community 🙂

hi Jeremy – i follow you now on IG. how many hours do you paint a week? for me, painting a lot helps to find a style. wouldn’t say i’ve fully arrived either. but i have narrowed my subject matter so that an ink drawing and an oil painting look like they were done by the same artist. i was always an abstract painter; 2 years ago incorporated more realism (abstract realism).

Hello all,
My Instagram is @clotildepetrosino . I’m not posting a lot lately, because I’m working on huge projects, but I update videos in stories sometimes and I’m planning to come back posting new stuff soon.

Hello everyone
I’ve noted your IG addresses and will follow you all.
I love Instagram, though I’m not a natural social media person. I’ve realised that I need to post more frequently, so I’m trying to do this least 6 days out of 7- and also I’m improving my hashtag use for a wider reach. My Instagram page is @janeelizabethstudio
If you decide to follow back- thank you in advance!
I also have a ‘normal’ FB page and a specific FB art page: Jane Elizabeth Cullum Art . Again, my resolution is to make a conscious effort to use this more, as I’ve let FB slide a bit.
Have also dipped my toes in the waters of twitter, but it all feels a bit frantic to me, so may delete my account soon.
