Hello!

I’ve been a bit off the forum and the website working on new projects! I also have a lot of good news.
First of all I can’t stop thinking how my way of living as an artist changed after taking this masterclass. In less than one year I’ve accomplished a lot.
Thank you very much Crista and thank you to  all of you for sharing your experiences!

I will have my first solo exhibition in Rome, on spring with a curator that is moving her first steps in the Art World. It’s a bit scary for me to have a solo exhibition but I jumped in this adventure knowing I have some of the know how I needed. She is also introducing me to an art critic who owns  a gallery in Rome, to have a chance to be part of a group exhibition on September. A lot of things are coming together with this first solo exhibition! I’m very excited.

I’m working on a lot of new and important projects and they are all connected by a very strong statement. And the statement came out of nowhere this summer and after that I made a lot of research and studies. I’m only worried about my choice of not publishing my new projects online for a while. I would like to show them to galleries first. To see if I can have a chance to be part of some exhibition before of publishing them on social media or my website. My worries are about the fact that I’ve no contents to share and my Instagram is falling apart. I’m trying to work on some little project I can share fast, but it’s very hard, because I can’t find the time to do it. I’ve also started to send my portfolio to advertising agencies to start working as a photographer (so I will have a third job!). I would like to have a 48h day and all the energies to do everything but I know that I’m asking too much. And I’m also afraid of what the stress and the pressure could do to my body.

What do you think about my choice? What are pro and cons in your opinion? Any advices?
