It seems the issue was some slanted speech marks (ie “ but slanted) which may have got there through you cut and pasting(??) and our system did not know how to render them so it kind of went on strike 🙂
Anyway we’ve re-coded it a bit so it will download – the only issue still being that those speech marks end up being translated into some strange characters in the download and changing the font of the sentence – so maybe just change them if you want the download not have that.
